How about you?
What new-to-you authors did YOU try in 2012?
(For my list of new-to-me kid/teen/YA authors, check out my list at Great Books for Kids and Teens).
New follower! I'm not familiar with any of these, but I'm always open to checking out some new stuff. Well I've heard of The Night Circus, but I haven't read it.
ReplyDeleteCheck out my TTT.

Nice list. My wife discovered Diana Gabaldon this year and went on to read almost everything she has written. They just seem like too big for me. Check out my TTT.
ReplyDeleteWelcome, Sandy!

My husband also read Outlander but didn't like it as much as I did. They are very long books, though! I'm not sure I will manage more than one a year ;)

If I got a quarter every time I saw Night Circus on a list I'd be rich- I need to read it, apparently!
ReplyDeleteInteresting list! Watson's book was my favorite in 2011 - I hope he comes out with another one soon. And for some reason, I tend to read mostly new authors, so I love this list as it reminds me to go back and read books from authors I've already read and loved.

ReplyDeleteActually, I think that S.J. Watson is a woman!
I tend to read mostly new authors, too, so this was an easy list for me!
