Saturday Snapshot 8/1

Saturday Snapshot is hosted by West Metro Mommy Reads.

Here are the second batch of photos from our Adirondacks trip. These were taken at Rollins Pond, where we camped for several days. Our campsite was right on the lake (as they all are at Rollins Pond), and we enjoyed kayaking every day. The cloudy skies looked a bit threatening (and we did get some rain), but they made for dramatic photos:

Hope you are enjoying a lovely weekend!

  2. Beautiful photos of a lovely place. My husband and I had a tent trailer when our son was young. Your photos brought back happy memories of those days.

  4. What a lovely camping trip! My family is just getting into camping (we went once, 2 years ago, and will go again in September). I'd like to go more, but it just hasn't worked into our schedule.

  6. What a beautiful place to camp! I love the water and have wanted a kayak for a while. My kids and I plan on going to a nearby beach and renting some.

  7. Looks like a wonderful place for a camp out and some time on the water. It has been years since I have gone kayaking but it is something that we have talked about doing soon.
