Woah, that's a lot of challenges. I love reading, and I discovered your blog yesterday. Loving it! I'm doing the 50 book challenge on Goodreads.com. Can you post more YA/ children books? I'm 12, and looking for great books to read.
ReplyDeleteHi, Vedika -
DeleteThanks for stopping by my blog and taking the time to comment. I'm so glad you're enjoying it! I enjoy the Reading Challenges - I choose ones for the kinds of books I want to read anyway, so it's low-pressure - and fun to keep track! Good for you for signing up for the 50 Book Challenge on Goodreads! I'm on Goodreads, too.
To find all my reviews for kids/teens, scroll down to the list of Labels on the right side of my blog - you can click on Middle-Grade or Teen to see all the reviews I've written for those age groups.
But I've been writing kids/teen book reviews for almost 10 years, so there are many more than what you see here! I used to have a separate blog, Great Books for Kids and Teens, and just merged the two into this one last year. There are hundreds of reviews still on that blog, and again, you can look up certain age groups and/or genres using the list of Labels in the right column. Here's the link:

Have fun!!
Sue
Dear Sue,
DeleteThank you so much. I'll surely check out your other blog. Just wondering, when you say "freelance writer", does that mean you're an author?
Vedika
A freelance writer is someone who is self-employed and writes for a variety of publications. So, I write for magazines, websites, anthologies (books with collections of essays), and more. I wrote reviews & other things for Family Fun magazine for almost 10 years. And yes, I am the author of a book, but it was a business management book years ago - nothing you would have heard of! lol
DeleteSue
That's really cool! Thank you for the explanation.
DeleteVedika
I started the "Where are you reading challenge, but I'm just doing it for myself. I've made a list of the settings of all the books I've read in 2015.
ReplyDeleteVedika
Good for you! I hope you enjoy it :) I think it's fun to see where your reading takes you. Enjoy!
DeleteDear Sue,
ReplyDeleteDo you enjoy poetry? If you do maybe you'd like a blog called "Poems and Poets". Here's the link:
poemfanatic.blogspot.in
I enjoy poetry myself, and thought you might like the blog
Thanks, Vedika!
DeleteI'm not much into poetry but really want to try more of it, so thanks - I will check that out!
Thank you. I'm sure"Poetic Fanatic" will appreciate it
